Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once the food preparation process has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellations are not possible after preparation has started.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Food quality issue (must be reported immediately upon delivery)
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
All complaints must be reported within a reasonable time (preferably within 1 hour of delivery).

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team.
Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Online Payments
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash Payments
Refund may be provided as store credit or direct cash (as decided by management).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Delay due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Minor taste variations (as food taste may vary)
